- Preparing Cash book - Control Petty Cash - Control AP and AR - Bookkeeping all the transactions into the system - Prepare Monthly report - Reconcile bank statement with the cash book and with the system as well - Control the billing process and payment to the customers and suppliers - Assisting the General Manager and Account Manager in making financial decision - Collaborate with outside partners such as 3rd party audit and investors
