Working hour: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM (Mon – Fri), 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Sat) The overall job description below outlines the main areas of responsibilities of the Employee: - Manage and supervise all administrative and operational functions of the Office of the Registrar; - Facilitate effective student registration and enrollment; - Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students; - Build secure student data files and sets policy and procedure for their responsible use; - Maintain up-to-date course schedules, catalogs, final examination schedules; - Manage efficient use of classrooms; - Supervise the processes for the articulation of transfer credits, graduation and certification of degrees, enrollment and degree verification, production of official transcripts and diplomas; - Counsel and advise students, faculty, and staff on academic matters; - Coordinate and manage student examinations; - Develop staff to be able to answer students’ queries and with a student-centric approach; - Liaise with heads of faculties, lecturers and government ministries; and - Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Jobs Requirement

Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Experience: • A proven track record in registration and records; • Experience designing filing systems; • 5 years of experience in higher education preferred; and • Experience with professional project management preferred. 2. Education: • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred 3. Skills/Competencies: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required) and Khmer (preferred); • Ability to manage multiple projects and establish and meet deadlines; • Proven ability to work with and value diverse staff; • Ability to be creative and exercise initiative; • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to handle large volumes of files and data; • Must be able to work independently, as well as to effectively collaborate to achieve results; • Strong interpersonal skills to interact successfully with academic as well as business and regulatory/ministry personnel; • Able to coordinate with the IT department to digitize records; • Understands a higher education environment; and • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software. 4.
