- Define sales reporting requirements specific to each channel that enables trends analysis, identification of growth opportunities, benchmarking and competitor analysis - Manage the support for the Periodic Business Reporting cycle, providing input and insight to ensure relevant reporting - provide accurate report with timely manner - Report champion and business performance tracking and reengineering initiatives relevant to customer centricity and experiences - Benchmark and leverage best practice data analytics and reporting - Ensure adherence to ANZ policies, processes and external regulatory and legislative requirements
