Job Purpose: To Manage and Monitor Distributor performance, coordinate with cross department to achieve the best result To initiate dealer program for all Dealer in Market To produce a precise report of both Distributors and Dealers performance. Job Responsible: •To monitor all distribution channel and sale target oriented •To ensure all information are accurately recorded and cross-checked before report •To work cross department in order to support all distributor •To produce a precise daily, weekly and monthly report regarding distribution performance •To support all Dealers and settle all related problem related to Smart Business •To produce trade letter, memo and sales agreement as required by manager •To manage the team well in order to achieve the best result as well as good team work Any other tasks as assigned by manager

Education & Qualification: -Bachelor in Business Management or related field -Sales and Market knowledge- Ability to work under high pressure. -Team Work -Able to manage multi task in a specific deadline -High attention to detail -Proactive, energetic, self-confident and loyal Working Experience: - 3 years Experiences in Sales, Retail, Channel Sales, Management Specific Skills: -Good computer skill, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, -PowerPoint and Vision -Leadership skill -Good command in English and Khmer
