- Management of credit officers, branch management - Manage products and services in the branch to ensure progress toward the strategic and operational plans - Manage branch operations including marketing/sales efforts, business analysis, client screening, loan - All other related tasks.

- Has experience as sub branch manager/ manager for more than 2 years or has experience as Chief Credit Officer for more than 2 years in micro-finance/bank - Has working experience in Phnom Penh - Excellent English (Written, Spoken) - Good Communication skills - Attention to detail and problem solving - Reliability, integrity and trustworthy - People and client focused, - Excellent organizational skills - Results driven and customer focused - Leadership and human resources management skills - Microsoft office skills, Internet & E-mail
