- Work closely with Associate Sales Director to achieve the overall key result areas - Support partner and manage Life Planners - Supervise, motivate and lead Life Planners in achieving sales target - Coach and mentor Life Planners

- Bachelor Degree or high school certificate - At least 3-5 year experience in a supervisory position in sales; filed sales would be an added advantage - Experience in leading a successful sales team - Experience in selling insurance products would be an added advantage - Demonstrate strong leadership capability and a can-do attitude - Dynamic, independent and integrity - Enjoy working in challenging sales environment - Strong communication skill and reasonable command of English language - Enjoy working with hi-tech gadgets
