• Advise team to comply with company’s policies and Safety requirements • Provide a safe and healthy working environment for everyone within area of responsibility • Ensure that production line is smooth running with high efficiency • Control and maintain quality product per company standard requirement • Make sure good manufacturing practice, safe and 5S are implemented • Monitor processes to ensure that they are run properly and ensure that basic quality control and quality assurance tests are performed • Ensure that the production cost is within the set budget, and report any deviance from plan • Prepare production daily report and order material for production • Improve and develop operator skill capability so as to maintain a highly motivated & focused team • Arrange team per production plan • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety • Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized. • Perform other duties as assigned
