** Department: IT-BU ** Location: Phnom Penh International Airport Job Responsibilities: - Install and configure hardware and software on servers, workstations and other IT peripheral such as printers, - screens, telephones… - Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain network, hardware LAN/WAN, software including firewalls, routers, switches and other network components; - Provide timely technical support in resolving hardware, software and other related problems reported by users. - Troubleshoot, repair and routine maintaining on overall IT equipment and accessories. - Perform daily check on backups and test restoration. - Maintain and administer integrity of the systems, server and client deployment and manage security, policy - and perform regular upgrading to ensure system remain up to update. - Manage and monitor to ensure that all network components, computer systems work systematically and efficiently. ** Working Conditions: - Working on shift (flexible working schedule rotating within 24h/7d); - Subject to Security/Safety certification prior to the employment.
