**Main Responsibilities: +Sales, marketing and facilitation activities: -Participate in implementation on sales strategy and plan of actions to reach Individual Key Performance Indicator and daily sales support to Partners; -Participate in implementation on the marketing activities and join Partners’ insurance promotion at the target groups; -Build good relationships with Agent and other partners in the working areas; -Assist Provincial Coordinator to conduct training and support to Agents and other Partners on products communication, customer services, meetings, orientation and field visits; -Handling process for complaints and solving problem with MFI partners, Agents, and other partner. +Customer Service Management: -Visit insured’s patient at the health facility and insured’s home visit if the case is considered necessarily improvement the sales and service. -Support for cashless access at network health facilities. -Investigate on scene of accidental event. -Collect claim documents (corporate and MFI clients) from insured’s and network health facilities. -Check and aggregate claim folder to be completed and claimable before uploading. -Upload claim documents in PKMIS including payment received by insured. -Conduct orientation to corporate client except if required.

Jobs Requirement

**Requirement: -University student or university degree in Marketing/ Management or equivalent. -At least 1 years of proven professional experience in a similar position, candidates from field activities who intend to develop a career with Micro-Insurance are strongly encouraged to apply. -Able to communicate both in Khmer and English -Flexible attitude, independent, honest and teamwork personality. -Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks -Be able to traveling by motorbike to the fields -Computer literate MS Word, Excel, email **The position is opened to Khmer national.
