**Job description -Supervise the operations in cutting Ensure readiness of marker for cutting process -Follow the cutting plan and manage the schedule by TOD Manage the cutting resources to meet with the sewing demand -Control the material consumption and provide justification for any variances -Provide technical advice on new order for any foreseeable problems -Ensure quality standard of cut panels for sewing line -Ensure full implementation of operational or quality procedure in cutting -Train up new workers **Key Results/Key Performance Indicators -On time delivery of cutting panel -First Pass Yield of cutting panel -Cutting accuracy -Variance between Actual fabric consumption to Estimated fabric consumption

**JOB REQUIREMENTS +Education & Qualification Requirements -Garment Technical College graduate preferred +Experience Requirements -Over 5 years experience in cutting, of which 1 year at supervisor level -Knowledge of sewing and marker +Technical competency Requirements -Knowledge of sewing and marker -Knowledge of key garment terminology in English -Computer skills: Ms. Word, Excel -Strong analytical skills (Sensitive to data) +Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes -Communication -Negotiation -Decision Making
