**Job decription -Co-operate with other department to train the sewing worker -Support his/her sewing line leader to guide technical for worker -Monitor the PPS making process in his/her line and attend the Pre-production meeting with Buyer -Ensure his/her particular line receive enough all input items -Arrange and balance the machine, manpower in his/her linear line to ensure that line run smoothly -Ensure his/her Sewing line achieve high efficiency, first pass yield with lowest work in process and shortest time -Lead his/her workers to follow correctly the procedure & company’s regulation. -Ensure 5S and discipline be fully applied in his/her line from Sewing and Finishing. **Key Results/Key Performance Indicators -On Time Delivery -High efficiency -Ship to cut -High First Pass Yield -5S and Discipline

**JOB REQUIREMENTS -Education & Qualification Requirements -Graduate from high school or Garment vocational center +Experience Requirements -Over 5 years production experience in garment manufacturing. -Knowledge in technical -Experience to directly guide technical to Sewing +Technical competency Requirements -Ability to read the technical document in order to instruct and guide the line leaders and workers +Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes -Communication & Co-operate -Discipline -Decision Making
