**Job description -Co-operate with related department such as IE and TA to train the sewing worker. -Ensure line start up smoothly by well prepare pre-production step. -Arrange and manage manpower to balance sewing line in order achieve worker & line efficiency target with minimum WIP and shortest time. -Closely monitor worker, ensure they do right at first time and quality meet the buyer requirement through FPY criteria -Complete the order on time as mentioned in line plan -Control material, ensure there’re no missing and wrongly use -To ensure line clean and tidy as 5S requirement -To ensure fully apply Company’s rule, regulation and procedure **Key Results/Key Performance Indicators -On Time Delivery -High efficiency and SAH -Ship to cut -5S and Discipline

**Job requirment -Education & Qualification Requirements -Graduate from high school or Garment vocational center +Experience Requirements -Over 3 years production experience in garment manufacturing -Strong knowledge in both sewing technical -Experience to directly guide technical to Sewing +Technical competency Requirements -Ability to read the technical document in order to instruct and guide the workers +Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes -Communication & Co-operate -Discipline -Hard working **Job Challenges/Remarks -Strong characteristic to work in production floor -Think out of the box, Can Do thinking -Ability to lead the his/her line to achieve the line targets
