- Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives. - Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery. - Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department. - Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment - Process check requests - Posting vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies - Control A/P report for processing payment to suppliers with timely - Control pretty cash and make cash count for monthly - Assist to control stock inventory and doing stock physical count at the end of month - Assist in month end closing - Other tasks which are assigned Purchasing Manager.

- Qualification & Job Requirements : - Education : Students still studying bachelor degree 2years up or related that field - Specialty : If have any experience related background Purchasing " Welcome first ". - Working experience : No need experience is also welcomed ( We need Female only ). - Personal Character : Good command in English , Able to Use Ms. Word, Excel & Power Point, Internet & E-mail, Good knowledge of Accounting especially in Account Receivable, Good communication skill and team work, Honest, Strong commitment and Long term career goal.
