- Bachelor degree of Management - Manager's experience and use to have 10 or more subordinates - Number of changing job must be less than 3 times - Service work experience - Create working schedule for one month to all staffs and have to submit it to SGM (Senior General manager) - Control over every staff during working hours and need to fill in every data that necessary for shop - Make a report of sale for daily, weekly and monthly - Work attitude is seriously concern on communication skill and honest during the working - Computer skill Microsoft word, Excel,and PowerPoint - Able to speak English writing and reading and if can speak Japanese will be priority

- Salary $700 with allowance $50 - Have 4 days off a month - According to Cambodia labor law can have 18 days paid leave after working 1 years - Training period 3 months ( 90% of the basic salary during training period - Working hours, shifting system, basic 9 hours restrain and 1 hour break (Shit working time from 8AM to 1AM) - For the weekend and holidays must be working due to the shop is in AEON Mall (Salary range on holidays will be double due to public holidays)
