1- Prepare AP Plan and other payment (Supplier, etc….); 2- Do monthly payroll (Workers & Employee) 3- Issue Invoice to Customer on Daily & Monthly basis 4- Bookkeep all transaction into Quick-book 5- Prepare monthly tax return document and summit to Agency; 6- Do monthly closing Financial Report; 7- Do bank reconciliation & withdrawal cash out; 8- Prepare expense report; 9- Perform other tasks assigned.
