Jobs Description

• Administer HR policies and Manual and ensure staff are kept up to date with all new HR policies • Review current HR policies, listen to and understand staff feedback and suggest policy changes when needed. • Work closely with all department directors to ensure HR policies are fully understood • Comply with all HR standards, policies and procedures. • Conduct HR policies presentations and follow up on implementation. • Respond to HR policies inquires • Inform and advise the Human Resources Director of any HR issues that arise. • Attend HR Club meeting or other functions as required • Work independently on special HR projects if need

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor degree or higher degree in Human Resource Management or related field • 3-5 years working experiences in HR Department • Proficient in English and Khmer are necessary • Strong verbal , written and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent Report writing, presentation and writing skill • Ability to deal with information in a confidential manner • Ability to work both independently and Team • Ability to work well under pressure, • Ability to handle sensitive and complex situations • Computer Skill
