• Lead Dry Port operations with tactical plan by concentrating on operation excellent productivity and efficiency. • Plan, Act, Timeline and Measure to improve daily processes (KPI) • Introduce of DPM (Daily Performance Management) • Improve operating skills to the staffs • Coordinate operating activities between warehouse, dry port, trucking, head office and port office to set proactive plan, priority delivery forecast. • Cost containment through processes and operating improvement by emphasizing on DPM and service integrity drive for quality output • Management and effective control of operational expenses • Generate monthly report of various type of volume performance to keep track of our KPI • FIFO of all carriers’ empty containers release or return back to shipping line designed CY to avoid detention charges to company • Work closely with MD with dot line to COO

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Management or related field • Experience 4 years up in a large operation and logistic • Good communication in English both, spoken and written (Chinese is a plus) • Good Computer literacy • Be professional at management and leadership skill • Be professional at planning skill
