- Prepare academic training plan, annual and monthly plan; - Develop curricular for Foreign Language Center; - Prepare course syllabuses, lesson plans, textbooks, reference books and research documents for supporting all levels of curriculum; - Prepare attracting strategic plan and implement it to enroll students in the programs with quality and sustainability; - Offer counseling, advice, and other services to ensure students’ satisfaction; - Recruit academic staff in conformity with the policies; - Monitor and observe teaching activities in classroom and evaluate quarterly and yearly all levels of academic staff’s teaching; - Develop physical and academic materials and resources for supporting learning, teaching and researching; - Perform other duties as necessary required by university.

- Holding at least bachelor degree in English education; - Having at least 3 years working experience; - Having good communication skills; - Having good English language proficiency; - Able to perform basic computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Power Point); - Be creative, honest and high working commitment; - Be friendly and good attitude; - Be satisfactory with duties and committed to work in long-term.
