 Work with management and program teams on budget planning/monitoring  Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures  Monitor project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving project outputs  Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success;  Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results;  Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use  Prepare written reports to donors and management team  Assist in maintaining communication with funders  Writing grants and proposals to potential funders  Perform other duties as required
