Main Responsibilities: •Maintain and file staff records and profiles such as personnel profiles, employment contract updates, personnel improvement records, appreciation and warning records, etc. •Handle queries on all records of staffing. •Administer various HR plans and procedures for all hospital personnel. •Manage required HR reports. •Assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures. •Administer hiring and termination processes such as on-boarding orientation, exit interviews, etc. •Support organization of Hospital events and employee related activities. •General HR and administrative support. •Respect rights of patients and Hospital policies. •Independent learning to improve management knowledge, skills, interpersonal communication skills and professionalism.

Requirements •Holding Bachelor degree or equivalent which is recognized by Cambodia Ministry of Education, Bachelor in HR Management would be an advantage. •At least 2 years experiences in managing and organizing staff or an office. •Willing to learn •Flexible working times and ability to work under deadline requirements. •Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships. •Good written and spoken English and Khmer and strong comprehension skills. •Computer literacy and working knowledge of Ms. Word & Excel •Able to work in a team environment involving different departments. •Effective communication skills •Honest and trustworthy.
