I. Sales, marketing and facilitation activities • Implement business plan and activities plan and the sales strategy and technique • Ensure that the objectives and targets must be reached • Implement the marketing plan and coordinate the organization of awareness campaigns, events, marketing activations on the field with the support to the PCA • Develop and strengthen good partnerships with MFI staffs, Health facilities and other partners in the working area • Conduct training and support to MFI staffs on products communication, meetings, orientation, field visit to MFI staffs • Coordinate the handling process for complaints and solving problem with MFI partners II. Reports • Ensure the member monthly report and claim into PKMIS • Regular reports (sales, activities, etc.) to Regional Manager • Other tasks as requested by supervisor

• University degree in Marketing/ Business Management or equivalent • At least 1 years of proven professional experience in a similar position, Candidates from MFI who intend to develop a career with Micro-Insurance are strongly encouraged to apply. • Good verbal communication skills in Khmer and English • Flexible attitude, independent, and teamwork personality • Good understanding of local market, people and culture • Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks) • Computer literate MS Word, Excel, Power point. • Be able to traveling by motorbike to the fields The position is open to Khmer national.
