** Leasing Executive Responsibilities are: • To find clients to lease the apartments • Work towards to leasing targets assigned by company • Promote the company service online marketing • Greeting customers both on-call and face-to-face • Join the business networking to promote company services • Provide professionally the communication, working and other inquires to customers • Prepare the leasing action plan and schedule in weekly or monthly • Create the marketing materials and distribute it to the target customers • Call for doing PR and go out to meet customers to present the company services • Build strong relationship with internal and external customers • Response to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email etc. • Find new customers and maintain the existing customers by schedule for monthly meeting • Identify potential customers and smoothly link to other agencies • Check and follow up with potential customers • Accompany and/or ferry the customers to visit apartments • Building the competitive advantages over the competitors on customer service and product development • Participate the activities of R&D (Research and Development) • department • Other duties assigned by leasing manager and/or management

• Cambodian, Female, minimum 22 years old • Minimum 2-year experience in leasing or Sales and Marketing. In property industry is plus • Bachelor degree or under graduate in Marketing, Business Administrative, Tourism, English Literature and related fields. • Good at English and either Chinese or Japanese both in speaking and writing • Good computer skill (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Marketing material design) • Good communication and relationship skills ** Please state your Applying position in Email Subject
