This role is responsible for executing sales plans and developing a high performance sales team to achieve business goals & objectives through a sales team (Life Planners). Job Responsibilities: • Work closely with Associate Sales Director to achieve the overall key result areas; • Support partner and manage Life Planners; • Supervise, motivate and lead Life Planners in achieving sales target; • Coach and mentor Life Planners. job Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or high school certificate; • At least 3-5 year experience in a supervisory position in sales; filed sales would be an added advantage; • Experience in leading a successful sales team; • Experience in selling insurance products would be an added advantage; • Demonstrate strong leadership capability and a can-do attitude; • Dynamic, independent and integrity; • Enjoy working in challenging sales environment; • Strong communication skill and reasonable command of English language; • Enjoy working with hi-tech gadgets.
