 Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering Education or related field  Knowledge of adult learning & development  3 years of technical teaching for adult or related fields.  Microsoft Office programs,  Fair written and speaking in English  Deliver Results  Strong team builder/player  Analytic and Problem Solving Skill  Good planning & organizing skills
