 Carry out sample checking and approval for all garment items;  Checking and provide technical advise on Paper Pattern, Sample Approval, Fitting, Grading;  Communicate with related parties to solve grading, fitting and construction issues in all stages;  To improve paper pattern and make paper pattern alternation;  To carry out sample approval as per the C&A sample approval procedure, as detailed in the C&A Buying Quality Manual;  To provide technical advice on Product workmanship and technical aspects of fitting in assigned; team/teams, and applies his/her knowledge of product engineering to provide scope for better efficiency and SCP savings;  To provide a communication link for quality requirements between team and supply base;  May participate in buying meetings when product development/ product engineering skills are required;  To analyze with Quality Assurance Department all customer complaints and discuss and agree action for improvement with supplier;  To provide technical support for in-house C&A Product development when required;  To provide clear communication to Quality Manager/ Regional Quality Manager on issues such a potential improvement of Product Standards, procedures, reporting tools etc;  To provide technical support for specific quality projects e.g. Basic Blocks, Quality Product Standards on General Information Network;  When required, will perform “In-line Support Procedure” in production units;  Identify the actual fit issues, find the causes, apply the solution to the defective samples.

• Diploma in Textile & Garment preferred; • At least 5 years relevant working experience in garment industry; • Extensive experience in fit and construction; • Familiar with pattern making & grading, able to conduct pattern alteration to fix fitting problems; • Production/ Manufacturing knowledge preferred; • Strong in Woven outerwear and Knitwear items for all genders; • Good command of written and spoken English; • Strong organizational and problem solving skills; • Detail orientated and able tohandle multiple tasks in fast - paced environment; • Knowledge in computer operation.
