1. To oversee the day to day function of receiving, store and Cost Control Department. 2. To check & update all food, beverage and general items requisition. 3. To check pricing of food and beverage supplier’s invoices. 4. To conduct monthly physical inventory for all stores and food and beverage outlets 5. To record/post Daily Inter Kitchen Transfer (e.g. complimentary, food tasting, staff meal, and entertainment etc). 6. To prepare, monitor and control recipe costing. 7. To conduct random spot-check on the accuracy of receiving and issuing functions. 10. To work closely with the Executive Sous Chef, Head Cook, F&B Manager, F&B Supervisor and Purchasing Officer and to minimise food and beverage costing. 11. To issue and sign Purchase Request for store items (Warehouse stock). 12. Control Warehouse stock for support HanumanAlaya Group. 13. To conduct random spot-check on food quality and spoilage in all F&B outlets/kitchen. 14. Fixed Asset control and up to date into database. 15. Make accumulation of each fixed assets as set in formulation. 13. To perform any other duties related to the department as assign from time to time. ** Cashier (one position in Phnom Penh)

- Bachelor in Finance & Accounting - At least 1-2 years work experienced in related field, especially, with tourism industry. - Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word & Excel, Advance Excel, Ms.Outlook) and good knowledge in using QuickBooks Program. - Good critical thinking and communication skill - Experienced in making budget is a plus. - Love to work as a team.
