- Assist Restaurant Manager in managing all food and beverage elements of Song Saa Resort and ensuring that the highest standards are established and maintained. - Prepare schedules for all F&B employees. - Responsible for ensuring quality levels of stock, dealing with vendors and ensuring optimization of stock. - Assist in conducting regular training sessions in line with the departments SOP’s. - Managing table service and service preparation within the F&B outlets. - Upholding the company beliefs and Brand DNA at all times. - Maintaining an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guest, management and staff. - Undertake functions such as interviewing, orientation, coaching, performance appraisals, discipline and dismissals.

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in hospitality with appreciation for island lifestyle. - Experience in serving discerning international clientele. - Beverage knowledge at the highest level required. - Hands-on commitment, leading from the front. - Complete comprehensive awareness of budget and revenue forecasts. - Strong direct leadership for small team. - Flexible approach to clientele requirements. - Open, professional communicator.
