Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process

Requirements • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field • Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or related field • Mature, proactive, good personality, honest, strong commitment and good management skill • Can speak good English • Good interpersonal and team work skills • Able to work independently • Able to handle other task assigned by management • Dynamic, fast learning, honest, flexible • Good attitude •Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technology products (apply to IT and Help Desk ONLY)
