-Creating and implementing plans to increase market share -Build brand image toward target consumer -Plan & execute to launch campaign within provided time frame and budget -Work with other departments to support their requirement on communications -Recommend the communication channels that could reach to target consumers at the effective cost. -Manage Mar-com team (ATL, BTL & Mar-com). -Manage Acquisition Team (activation) to ensure the usage sign up meet the plan. -Develop the new message that would fit target consumers. -Work with Advertising agencies, Media agencies & Activation agencies to ensure project run smooth and follow company direction. -Has strong relationship with Media partner and be able to manage news released

Requirement: -At least 3 years in marketing role -At least 2 years experiences with management level -Advertising agencies experiences is a plus -Be able to write press release for both English & Khmer -Good at communication Skill. -Bachelor degree in Business or related field. -Have creative concept in mind to be able work with in-house designer & Mar-com team -Be able to travel to provinces and work on weekend & holiday. -Resourceful that could find partner & supplier. -Be able to work under pressure and short timeline. -Fluent in English & Khmer both writing & speaking.
