The Dealer Network Sales Manager is under the supervision of Managing Director, and responsible for (1). Managing the collaborative processes with dealers to attain sales targets and ensure the highest quality of service for end customers. (2) Overseeing all dealer-related activities. (3) Managing and optimizing the Dealer Sales Channel and (4) Collaboratively managing customer relationships with the dealers.

Jobs Requirement

Duties and Responsibilities 1.Area Marketing: To be the main contact person for Sales Dealer Network for emerging markets from each area in Cambodia (Domestic). Manage Sales Dealer Network staff to achieve sales targets in their assigned areas including Phnom Penh and all provinces covering pricing competitiveness, issues and problem analysis, sales and marketing activities. Collect and analyze market trends information for Strategies and Action Plans development. Plan, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing activities in Phnom Penh and provinces. Responsible for demand generation of products to existing and new markets. •Assessment of existing and potential markets, and development of product strategies for broader relationships within Phnom Penh and provinces. Establish area demand generation strategy aligned with sales priorities and company targets to grow revenue across the country. •Work with Logistic teams to ensure timely delivery of motorcycles to Dealers in Phnom Penh and provinces as required. •Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to complex problems. 2. Sales Dealer Network: Develop Sales Dealer Network plan & target following the Company's Annual Target Manage and Handle Sales Dealer Network staff in implementation of Dealer Network Sales Plan and guidelines . Manage Sales Dealer Network activities in Phnom Penh and the provinces. •Work closely with all Division Managers to update guidelines and marketing plans to be implemented. Manage Marketing monitoring activities. Make Daily Dealer Sales report to Managing Director and relevant Managers. Conduct Monthly business review & report Conduct Dealer Stock analysis and follow-up Perform market analysis across customer trends and all product categories, providing recommendations to exploiUdevelop business opportunities.
