I. Workplace : - Working at Head office of Group HIP Co., Ltd. - Our operation from Monday – Saturday ( 7:30AM – 11:29AM & 1:00PM – 5:00PM ) - Break time ( 11:30AM – 12:59AM ). II. Report : - Report to Director General/Director Executive. III. Scope of working : - Board of Directors for all accounting and financial matters. You must establish company-wide objectives, policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices to assure the company of a continuously sound financial accounting structure. IV. Job Content : - Drive the company’s financial planning - Execute the financial strategy of the company - Manage financial controls and accounting procedures - Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments - Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks - Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure - Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations - Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.) - Manage vendor relationships - Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports - Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system - Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies - Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts. - Others duties will be assigned by Management.

Qualification & Job Requirements : - Education : CPA or CMA preferred. - Specialty : Background from " Distributor/Auditor Company " welcome first and Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Working experience : 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience. - Personal Character : Good command in English , Advanced degree in Accounting, Good communication skill and team work, Honest, Strong commitment and Long term career goal.
