- Meet with CMO or brand manager to determine the scope of a project - Advise CMO or brand manager on strategies to reach a particular audience - Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type. - Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts. - Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites. - Determine the message the design should portray - Create images that identify a product or convey a message - Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites - Select colors, images, text style, and layout - Present the design to CMO or brand manager - Incorporate changes recommended by the CMO or brand manager into the final design - Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.

- Bachelor of IT in creative Design or equivalent - At least 2 years work experience in the field - Computer aided design CAD software — Autodesk AutoCAD; Computer aided design and drafting CADD software. - Desktop publishing software — Adobe Frame Maker, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, QuarkXPress. - Graphics or photo imaging software —Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Visio.
