*** Job Description: -Prepare, maintain, examine, and analyze accounting records, which may include general accounting, cost, or budget data. -Examines, analyzes and interprets accounting records for the purpose of giving advice or preparing statements *** Major Responsibility: -Record and review routine transactions in all phases of accounting. -Consistently monitors cash flows. -Prepare various financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, etc. -Develop Excel models used in cash and revenue forecasting. -Must be able to calculate figures and amounts for all bookkeeping, payroll, budgets, statistical analysis and probability statements. -Perform financial analyses and make recommendations to management. -Partner with other departments to ensure accounting compliance. -Review income statements and balance sheet accounts at month-end for all transactions; research variances and resolve issues -Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process. -Other duties as assigned by Accounting manager

-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance -At least one year of professional accounting -Proficient user in Microsoft Office applications, especially strong Excel skills -Detail oriented and organized; Analytical and problem-solving skills -Knowledge of Accounting software preferred -Experience overseeing information technology operation preferred.
