- Schedule Management, Sales Planning, Promotion, Goods management - Managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales & marketing and promoting the Company’s presence throughout Cambodia. - Promote and sale to potential customers. - Maintaining and improving relationships with the customers. - Handles customer complaints, customer satisfaction surveys. - Personally observe the performance of sales & marketing representatives in the field on a regular basis. - Ensure the targets are realistic and achievable - Obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development. Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them Monitoring and analyzing market trends Preparation of weekly sales reports Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales & marketing team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. - Performing other duties assigned by General Manage
