- Respond to Customer service online and calls - Maintain Social media presence, content (facebook, website etc) - Learn and understand each product to be efficient in customer service responding - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents - Plan Facebook display advertising campaigns - Communicate with Graphic Designers on daily tasks
