- Maintain existing customers and open new accounts and distribution channels - Handle and solve customers’ complaint and problems - Respond to customer’s inquiries as well as quotations promptly - Capable to meet sale commitment - To monitor and feedback competitor’s promotional activities, new products and new initiatives to Management - Review market analysis and determine customers’ need; - Develop sales strategies and sales plans - Ensure that the products are sent to its designated place - Check the products before the delivering to its designated stores - Deal with collecting, making, updating and analyzing of different kinds of figures in accordance with sales staffs - Ensure the quality of the product, its status -Make deals with outlet and prospect outlet -Prepare weekly report on sales
