 Checking on existing customers and prospecting for new customers  Build relationship with customers  Prepare sales action plans and strategies to archive the targets  Make sales calls to new and existing customers  Organizing, planning & coordinating the marketing function.  Recruitment of agents, conducting training on products knowledge, processes and selling skills among others.  Customer Service and Debt Collection by ensuring high customer service standards are maintained.

 University degree in Sale & Marketing.  Have a minimum 1 years experience in sales and marketing preferably in the insurance industry.  Possess leadership skill and ability to work with diverse teams.  English and Khmer writing skill is a must.
