Jobs Description

• Assist to develop and standardize written policy documentation related to the credit and customer set up process. • Interface with sales and marketing team to communicate credit decisions and ensure timely review of new customers. • Make credit assessment and submit to Director for recommendation. • Director to plan and organize activities of credit/customer set up team to ensure file reviews are completed timely/accurately. • Assist to Director to initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity. • Negotiate documentation and payment terms with customers to ensure transactions are properly secured. • Resolve credit issues with customers. • Assist to Director to develop management reporting. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Work closely and well connected with all section members in order to keep smoothly and aggressively for business operation of the company. • Comply with all the company policies and procedures. • Perform other tasks assign by direct supervisor.

Jobs Requirement

 Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or equivalence.  At least two years experiences in a financial role such as credit officer, financial analyst or auditor especially in Credit and Collections.  Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  Vast understanding of credit reporting agencies.  Proficient in reading/interpreting financial statements for the purpose of underwriting credit.  Excellent written and verbal communications in both Khmer and English.  Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.  Strong audit background, problem solving and customer service skills.  Ability to work well autonomously and as part of the team.  Ability to handle pressure of workload.  Ability to keep sensitive and confidential information, and fast paced environment.  Excellent interpersonal skill and good pleasant and loyalty.  Salary from $400-$450 Closing date: 31-Oct-2016 How to Apply: Interested applicants meeting with the above requirements should submit their updated CV with recent photo, copy of degrees, training certificates, list of referees and cover letter to Figix Industry with the following address.
