- Assist WASH Program Coordinator to develop, coordinate and execute the annual operating plan of WASH financing program in compliance with the approved guidelines/ strategies of WASH financing program and VisionFund Cambodia - Assist WASH Program Coordinator to identify potential partners and WASH Program activities in respective branches - Ensure partners’ requirements are strictly adhered and followed through with satisfied quality, results and timeliness - Coordinate with branch staff to identify potential clients for WASH loan products - Support research team to conduct required market studies/ researches on WASH financing program - Deal with any problems/issues that may arise in the operating areas. - Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor to support the WASH financing program

- Must understand and agree on VisionFund’s Mission, purpose, values, and objectives; Good knowledge and skills in managing various projects and programs related to WASH products in an NGO and or/ any other institution, - Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Khmer and English, - Good management skills and motivation to help the poor, - Excellent facilitation skills and ability to communicate to individual/ groups in clear, simple terms.
