- Bachelor Degree or Certificate in mechanic or other related field. - Minimum 5 year experiences in management of agriculture machineries. - Experience in diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul mechanical, hydraulic machine such as Bulldozer, Sassier, Excavator, Road roller, Trucks. - Supervise mechanics to test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications. - Supervise mechanics to repair and replace damaged or worn parts. - Train operators on proper handling and operating vehicles and equipment. Schedule maintenance for industrial machines and equipment, and keep equipment service records. - Read and understand operating manuals and technical drawings. - Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency. - Perform other related as required.
