- Overall responsibility for monthly, quarter and year end closing - Implement proper accounting process to meet global/local accounting policy - Fixed management and perform physical counting and result reporting - Manage processing of account receivable and payable using the finance system - Develop and maintain reports and files on BS Accounts - Manage/coordinate the sales and operations planning (S&OP;) process including supply/demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery to support sales - Manage Monthly G&A Reporting - Handle VAT/Other Tax/Annual Tax filing - Arrange all Tax payments on timely basis - Responsible various statutory audits. - Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with GAAP - Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance
