RESPONSIBLILITIES : Include Implementation, support and maintaining all aspects of an entire Casino Dealing Station, Network Infrastructure, monitoring, troubleshooting and security, creating and maintaining detailed network and server documentation and procedures, enforcing standards of security, system integrity and confidentiality within the team. Routinely inspecting all supported equipment on property to identify potential problems and coordinate necessary repairs. Responsible for installing and maintaining servers, operating systems, routers, switches and systems software providing the stable operation of the IT computer network. The person will also analyze and resolve enterprise hardware and software problems in a timely and accurately . The person will also take on the role of mentor and leader for the other members of the team. This position requires a willingness to learn new technologies rapidly and become proficient at implementing technologies quickly. This person will also have strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated professional demeanor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Willingness and mentors Technical Support Official staff. Performing day-to-day operations of the Technical Support Official team. Interfaces with all departments, regarding current information technology. Create and maintain detailed Network and Server Documentation and Procedures Develop and communicate project and task status and systems issues in a timely and complete manner Implement and maintain enterprise security solutions, including firewall, VPN and anti-virus Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery plans Maintain supporting documentation for all areas of responsibility Responsible for all aspects of an entire including network design, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting and security. Manages the design, coordination and installation of multi-user applications, on a network operating system, maintaining data integrity and system
