*Front Office Trainers (3 positions) *Housekeeping Trainers (3 positions) *F&B Service Trainers (3 positions) *F&B Beverages (Cocktails and Mocktails) Trainers (3 positions) *Barista Trainers (3 positions) *Marketing Executive (1 position) Responsibilities: Trainers - Provide theoretical and practical training using participatory learning techniques including demonstration and role plays - Develop and/or adapt training materials and tools for effective use - Take part in teaching skills development program - Follow up with student performance during internship - Provide counseling to students when needed - Design testing instruments and conduct tests to assess student’s skills and knowledge - Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: Marketing Executive - Develop and print marketing materials, brochures, flyers - Plan and carry out road shows or exhibitions - Media engagement and advertising - Attend to students, visitors and guest for any enquiries - Update GSI website and Facebook accounts - Reports on ROI for marketing activities - Arrange for program seminars for potential students - Canvas and register students through phone calls - Keep an updated marketing database - Weekly and monthly marketing reports - Perform other duties as assigned

+ Requirements: Trainers - Professional hospitality education from a recognized hotel school with at least two years of experience or at least 5 years of management experience in relevant area of expertise i.e. Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B – Waiting, and F&B – Beverage - Be a subject matter expert - Ability to command and control large classes - Ability to deliver training using participatory learning methods - Good time management and organizational skills - Ability to inspire, motivate and demonstrate excellent customer skills - Strong communication skills including writing and verbal skills - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Email Requirements: Marketing Executive - University education in Business Administration or in relevant field - Experienced in advertising, marketing, or sales - Very good presentation skill - Reasonable command of written and spoken in English - Working knowledge of graphic design application and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email) - Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership
