- Answering and directing phone calls - Delivery an exam for client with Pearson VUE Testing Center - Follow up customer that join the training to take an exam (after training 1 week, 3 months and 6 months) - Providing support to managers and employees - Assisting in daily office needs and control company property - Support training (Provide general support to visitors and instructors) - Order office supplies - Set up Lab for the training - troubleshooting system and network problems in office - installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications - Set up and monitoring CCTV - Sent mail to client every week with new training schedule - Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings with team( just arrange the meeting for team ) - Call follow up clients who interested Courses - Do other tasks assigned by boss.
