• Manage general warehouse staff for efficient day to day operations, inventory and warehouse • To monitor and manage team to achieved KPI • Supervising daily activities of the warehouse floor, and equipment through the team to maintain the quality at specified levels, meeting with the delivery schedule as required by customers and keeping costs in line according to company budget guideline • Maintain and update "warehouse operations " inventory control records on product since receiving until dispatching • Prepare/Consolidate/Follow up daily, weekly and monthly performance reports • Coordinate with concern parties to get the requirement from them
