-Data entry for accounting system, booking keeping, invoice, receipts, and payment, account payable system -Staff records, staff attendance, leaves, sickness, overtime report -Inventory control of office supplies, -Implement policy stated by director. -Prepare, receive, and send mail and keep correspondence records -Control and update all agreement, clients, staff, sub-contractor, wholesale clients -Work with warehouse manager, logistic and cashier to prepare report and control stocks -Control and update all paper-work form -Assist and arrange meetings -Perform tasks assigned
