•Overall review on sale order •Spot check invoice •Spot check and review credit note / debit note •Solve all problems between department and customers (Delivery and invoice) •Spot check and review the bill or invoice for payment to taxi •Review complain from delivery man after delivered and provide solution •Spot check and review expense for deliver man (parking, charge from police or…) •Spot check motor gasoline and truck every weekend ( how many they use per week ) •Spot check all items follow the invoices issued •Make a solution between delivery and customers •Prepare monthly report about customer complain and provide solution •Prepare monthly spot check report about invoice, credit note/debit note •Other tasks assigned by management
