- Full time ( 8 Hours / Days ) - Report To : General Manager & Managing Director - Provide initial and on going training to technicians, and ensure they obtain and maintain to customer's need and satisfaction. - Monitor service quality through site inspections, service paperwork and report, and direct communication with customers. - Observe technicians in the field, provide recognition as warranted, and coaching as needed, conduct regular performance review with manager. - Monitor vehicle operation ans maintenance, and address variances from company requirements. - Manage inventory of product, materials, and equipment, allocate to service team per service requirements, and maintain proper documentation. - Support the efforts of sales representatives, and encourage technicians to up-sell customers and generate lead for the sales team. - Monitor technician routes and schedules, regularly review service, paperwork and reports, and take action as necessary to ensure work is completed, accurate and on-time.
