- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service - Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone. - Record & maintain all application data - Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy - Others tasks as per required by the organisation - Report to senior officer/manager for all daily operation activity

- Bachelor degree in related field - Able to work full time - Fluent communication in English/Khmer (Speaking/reading/writing) - Computer literacy: Ms. Office (Ms Word, Excel and outlook) - Strong Interpersonal skill - Highly motivated, well organized and be able work in team - Hardworking, flexible, honest, responsibility in the tasks - Be able to work under pressure
