- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service - Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone. - Record & maintain all application data - Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy - Others tasks as per required by the organisation - Report to senior officer/manager for all daily operation activity
