Working Hour: - 4 days off per month - Shift work needed - Morning shift: 7:00am to 4:30pm - Noon shift: 4:30pm to 2:00am **Shift will keep changing by every month Job Description: - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions. - Process customer accounts and file documents. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
